They have grown into luxury vehicles and personalized service with the addition of tours. We traveled to Rome 10/4-10/8/2015 for our 25th wedding Anniversay and used them for transfers to and from airport. We rode is style and comfort, they met us at meeting point, communicated well, picked us up on time and were personable, punctual and pleasant.

We also used them for a day in Tuscany with luxury transport and a tremedous guide, GianLuca. He took us to Montepulciano and Pienza. We ate in a small taverna in Montichello, best meal of the trip. GianLuca was extremely knowledgeable in Roman and Etruscan history, couldn't stop listening to him. Learned history, toured medieval villages,teasted Picorino cheeses, drank and bought great Sangiovese wine from greatest wine region in Italy, spectacular countryside and I believe Tuscany has stolen part of my soul. Will be back and hopefully call GianLuca for more memorable adventures...

We were a group of 6. Gianluca our driver met us at the ships gangway and was an excellent guide, giving us plenty of information in excellent English throughout our tour. The tour guide for the Vatican portion was also excellent. The vehicle was very clean and Gianluca was dressed in a light blue pin stripe suit, very easy to spot him in crowds! Communication with the company was always prompt.

Used them last week for 3 transfers and a Rome tour for 24. They were all on time, dressed and acted professional, and did exactly what they promised to do. Highly recommend!

Can'tsay enough about Gian Luca. Amazing knowledge of Roman and Tuscan History, pleasant, fun and would recommend a tour with him anywhere in Rome. Best day of our trip. Tuscany is a must see before you die.

We booked a driver for our two-day stay in Rome, as we have a special needs son and needed a vehicle that could accommodate him and the other five members of our family.

Gian Luca was our driver, and was outstanding in every way! He exceeded our expectations.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and patient - as well as easily able to navigate the streets of Rome with our very comfortable Mercedes van! Always eager to share information about Italian history and architecture, what could have been considered mundane facts to our children, were brought to life by Gian Luca.

He made arrangements at a local restaurant where we enjoyed Easter dinner together, as well.

We all agree that he truly made our trip unforgettable and unique.

Our driver was excellent and could really get us around traffic. We were in Rome on a rainy day, and he provided us umbrella's, and modified the tour to keep us dry. At one point a lady on a scooter fell right in front of us, due to the slippery streets. He jumped out of our tour car, and helped her to the sidewalk with others. We were headed to the Spanish steps, where he found a policeman and directed them to aid the woman. 

Can I say what a fantastic day we had our guide and driver was called john Lucas he arrived at 8-45 on the morning to pick us up he was polite smart and helpfull . We started with a history lesson as he took us to different attractions in and around Rome we wouldn't have seen half as much without him he was very interesting in his local knowledge he waited while we went into churches etc took us for lunch then picked us up to restart our tour which finished when he took us back at 5 to the hotel . His beautifull car was air conditioned as it was vey hot when we were there and our feet weren't too bad as we hadn't to walk that much . I would recommend this tour to anyone going and ask for john Lucas

A couple years ago we used them for transfer service and were pleased with the service and communication. On this visit to Rome we decided to use the same company for a Rome Tour. We were a group of 6. Gianluca our driver met us at the ships gangway and was an excellent guide, giving us plenty of information in excellent English throughout our tour. One small detail, when we used another company for a Naples Tour they had a supply of bottled cold water in the van. It would be a nice addition to the service. (reason for 4 star overall rating) ...

We were looking for a pleasant, reliable way to get from our hotel in Rome to the cruise port in Civitavecchia, and we didn't want to spend most of the day at the cruise port (our ship didn't depart until 6:00 pm)...Our driver, who was not a licensed guide, did an excellent job: he was friendly, courteous, and took us on a great tour through the country side to the town of Bracciano. There, we toured the wonderful Bracciano Castle (the site of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes wedding, they are proud to say), beautifully located overlooking a lake. Our tour of the castle, in English, was excellent. At the end of the castle tour, our driver was patiently waiting for us. He took us to the unbelievable little hill town of Ceri (population 68!), where we had a memorable lunch at Ristorante Sora Lella, with great food and beautiful views of hills and valleys, an unexpected highlight of our whole Italy trip. Our driver again waited patiently for us, then drove us to the cruise port, where he had access well into the port. The port is huge, but our driver was able to drive us all the way to our ship! This is a GREAT way to get from Rome to the cruise port in Civitavecchia!

I booked the cruise port and airport w/city tour transfers (total of 3), based on other's recommendations and I was not disappointed. All three transfers were conducted with very friendly professional service. After a long day/night of travel, our arrival delayed and customs taking an extraordinarily long time, I was anxious that we were without transport, but to my extreme relief our driver, Gianluca, was still there waiting for us, helpful and professional. He took us on a wonderful mini tour of the city, showing us areas not accessible by bus and that we would not be visiting during our stay.!

Gian Luca was our driver for Rome. He was amazing. Because of his advice, we saved an hour at the Colosseum. Instead of waiting in a long line, we listened to his instructions and got right in. This allowed us more time to visit other areas of the city during our short stay in Rome. Gian Luca was more than just a driver. He knows a vast amount about his city and we benefited. The rude public taxi drivers who took us from the Vatican to near our hotel - they refused to drive us into the neighborhood and just dumped us on a street corner to find our own way! Shortly after my arrival at the hotel, our tour driver, John Lucca (Gianluca?) arrived at the hotel lobby and took us on a extensive 4 hour driving tour of Rome. He showed us not only the main attractions and highlights of the city, but also some special, secret places that the tour busses and regular cab drivers can't access. John was most interesting and entertaining, and went out of his way to make sure that we saw and appreciated how special Rome is. As another reviewer noted, it is cheaper (and much more comfortable) than taking the cruise line bus or just any old taxi to the cruise port.BTW, their web site is very professionally done, and contains a wealth of information about arriving in Rome. To quote from mpaulkert's recent review - "The drivers were prompt, friendly and very helpful. The Mercedes vans were spotless." You will not be disappointed ...outstanding service that greatly exceeded my expectations, very courteous and professional drivers, immaculate Mercedes sedans and vans - you will be doing yourself a disservice if you don't use them - what more can I say?

Jean Luca was awesome! He went above and beyond. We know that Rome wasn't built in a day, but he worked his magic and showed it all to us in a day! He was informative and funny and helpful. We felt like princesses all day with how well he took care of us. We will definitely recommend him to you!

 In my initial email to him I told him precisely what we wanted for a tour - duration, wanted a driver who was familiar with what will make a great photo, and could cover a lot of ground in three hours.

Honestly I was not expecting to have my expectations met. But, in looking back, the  Rome by Night Tour was the highlight event of our three weeks in Italy. The Tour was customized exactly to what we wanted to photograph. And the main reason was our very professional driver Gian Luca.

Gian Luca is quite an accomplished photographer himself, and he knew exactly what I was looking for in night photography. He knows every place to be to best photograph the Monuments of Rome - and there are plenty. He obviously had read my specifications, because he exceeded my every expectation. We were able in three hours to cover every monument in Rome that was illuminated. And I was able to get the wonderful images that I wanted very badly.

I should mention here that Gian Luca is an expert driver, who knows every short-cut in Rome. We were able to cover a lot of Rome thanks to Gian's expert knowledge of Romes back streets.

We arrived in Rome after a long and tiring flight from Sydney. It was a huge relief to be met at the airport by Gianluca  who quickly took charge of our luggage and led the way to his vehicle.

In no time we were safely transported to our B&B equipped with some great local advice and recommendations from the very friendly and obliging Gianluca.

We were so pleased with the decision to book a Ave Advenae-transfer as finding our way and negotiating the somewhat terrifying Rome traffic after such an epic flight could have been a nightmare.

Gianluca did an amazing job. Our tour to Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio was truly magical. Since it was essentially a holiday, every restaurant called was booked. We ended up having lunch at a working farm house with Salvatore and another tour group , which was so much more enjoyable than any restaurant. We will remember that day forever and would definitely call upon Gianluca . Please give us the name of the farmhouse as many friends have requested the name and address.

We used your company for a private tour for a group of 20 people. You helped organize our full day tour of the Vatican and the highlights of Rome with a delightful guide-Raphaella (which I am sure I have spelled wrong). 

She was very informative and managed to keep all of us together. 

Jon was our head driver (we had 3 in total) and he made sure we got to all our stops on time and had our lunch stop pre-arranged so we could all sit down together and be served in a timely manner. He also did some smaller private tours for our group on another day.

He was our head driver for our transport to Port Civitavecchia. He was always early & very professional. We never had to worry about a driver not showing up. Your company also made the payment process very easy by allowing us to pay Jon directly for the whole group.
